Winter wheat - important crops in our country. By sowing areas it occupies the first place is the main food crop . Value is determined by wheat bread rich chemical composition of grain. In the wheat grains from 11 to 20 % protein , 63-74 % starch, about 2 % fat and 2% ash and mineral substances of vitamins (B1 , B2, PP, E, provitamin A, D ). The Department of agricultural chemistry and plant physiology FSBEI HPE «Stavropol state agrarian University « on leached chernozem Stavropol height in 2009-2012 , studies were conducted on the programming of winter wheat (cultivar Zustrich ) in the zone of moderate humidity based on the optimization of fertilizer application . The paper presents the three-year data on the effect of fertilization rates on the dynamics of mobile phosphorus and exchangeable potassium in the soil layer 0-20 cm, yield and quality of winter wheat cultivar Zustrich on leached chernozem zone of unstable moistening of the Stavropol Territory . According to the results of three years of data on leached chernozem Stavropol Upland programming accuracy 93% was obtained at a dose N126P80K72 Making a planned harvest of 6.0 t / ha according to the method of calculation of V.V Ageeva.
