Peculiarities of creating plantations of Scots pine, silver birch and English oak on fire-sites of Educational experimental forestry of Voronezh Academy of Forestry and Technologies are shown. Aboveground parts of stumps are previously removed up to the level of soil surface at burnt forest clearings. Preparation of the soil for plantations is carried out by straight furrows that enable to conduct planting and mechanized care for forest cultures. Planting seedlings of pine, birch and oak in autumn rainy periods of 2011 - 2013 gave the best (approximately 25%) results than planting in spring. Birch is introduced in cultures in order to reduce frequency of fire occurrence of pine plantations, survival of biennial seedlings on the sands of Usmansky pine forest is 20 - 30%. Sowing English oak by acorns on fire-sites give better results than planting by seedlings.
