SELECTION OF PARAMETERS OF ACID HYDROLYSIS ERITHROCYTE BLOOD OF CATTLE AND PIGS

Selected parameters for obtaining hydrolyzate red cell blood of cattle and pigs. The main parameters of hydrolysis chosen: the duration of the process, the temperature of the hydrolysis and acid concentration. Efficiency of the process is controlled by the output of amino nitrogen content and free heme iron. The feedstock used erythrocyte mass blood of cattle and pigs. Erythrocyte mass was obtained by fractionation of whole blood of animals. Experimentally established that the optimum concentration of the acid used is as follows: for citric acid - 10% solution of acetic acid for two variants of the solution - 5% and 10% solutions. Thus derived hydrolysates have a high content assimilable heme iron and amino-peptide complexes.
