Now owing to sharply increased anthropogenous load of the biosphere reduce its negative influence creation new and preservation of existing protective plantings can. For this purpose the increase in the range of trees and bushes by the organization of lesosemenny base on a selection and genetic basis is necessary. At creation of lesosemenny plantations of a pine of different genetic level in a zone of Nizhny of the Volga region special value gains their productivity, its periodicity, communication with climatic features. Dependences of flowering and the subsequent fructification of a pine are studied. For what modeling trees on which researches were carried out were chosen. In order to study this question on long-term seed production objects of the Lower Volga region, the assessment of the growth success of resistance and heritability by offshoot of various parental selection features has been made. It has been established, what factors influence the height, the crown area, the fructification of advantageous tree offshoot and of a pine population. It is concluded, that the greatest economic benefit in selection work is reached when selecting according to a complex of useful features Efficiency of selection work with a kind a pine ordinary considerably increases at increase of intensity of selection from 20 % to 40 %.
