The paper presents the environmental characteristics of winter wheat pests, describes the impact of agronomic factors on the number and harmfulness of the whole complex of harmful insects with sucking mouthparts, such as bug Sunn, wheat thrips, cereal aphids. The dependence of the size and population of the insect variety of habitats on the environment. As an eco-physiological factors by which the possible regulation of the number and severity of phytophages consider the conditions of mineral nutrition, folding in the application of fertilizers, the rational choice of the method of tillage, the precursors of winter wheat. Describes the parasites and predators of pests, as one of the major factors governing the number of phytophagous on crops of field crops. Entomophages change the numerical status of beneficial and harmful species in favor of the former, playing the role of bio-regulators seasonal pest. Years of research and monitoring population dynamics of cereal aphids and their complex entomophages possible to determine the ratio of predators and victims, in which the complex is holding back the pest predators for household and imperceptible level. The results of years of research and analysis indicate that during the chemical treatments against overwintered bug, and after the mass settlement of crops cereal aphids appropriate local application of insecticides - chemical treatment of edge bands, it helps to reduce the multiplicity of chemical treatments, to reduce consumption of insecticides, limit the negative impact on the environment.
